1. Product : Wheatflour.
  2. Specification : protein min 10,5%; Dry matter min NX6,25; moisture max 14% glutten min 21%.
  3. Quantity : 20,000 tonns netto (+/- 10% buyers requirement).
  4. Packings : In single polypropilene bags of 50 kg. Labelling at buyers discretion.
  5. Shipment : from 8 to 12 conditional lots loading at the factory in Brussels.
  6. Price : 330 USD -FOB-Riga, including the cost of loading, all the other charges are paid by the buyer.
  7. Comission: The commision is included in the cost of the product.
  8. Payment : Irrecoverable confirmed letter of credit. Documents that will be presented along with the products:

The buyer is responsible for sending the seller by registered mail or by means of express mail in 30 days after the goods have been delivered a copy of customs clearance with original stamps of the customs that goods have gone through customs clearance and that goods have been imported for local consumption of the country thats imported the goods.

Our offer on the conditions of supplying is based in accordance to INCOTERMS 1990. published in I.C.C. Other conditions of making a contract on supplying of wheatflour on form No. 5 decided by the arbitrate of Antwerpen.

Remarks :

  1. Unloading of the goods at the port is done at the buyers cost since there doesn't exist cranes on board the ship.
  2. This means, that the buyer is responsible of a quick unloading and pays whatsoever is extra.
  3. This means that minimum weight of unloading during the working days should be 700 tonns.
  4. We can load every week 2000-2400 tonns at the factory in Brussel Time required for supplying the whole volume -10 weeks.
