when I was in Riga last summer. It seems to me that women here are much
more inventive about their looks than women anywhere in the world. And
that does not mean that feminine women are not witty and smart. I guess
sometimes it is not easy for Latvian women to find what they want to
decorate themselves - and it makes their efforts even more valuable".
