Prikhodko M.A. Preparation and development of the ministerial reform in Russia. (February-September 1802) In the given research the problems of preparation and development of the ministerial reform in Russia in the beginning of the XIX-th century are considered. On the basis of the research of archival sources all the process of the preparation of the Russian ministries establishment, from the first designs of the administration reformation to the signing of the Manifest "About the establishment of ministries" of September 8, 1802, is analyzed.
