To whom it may concern:

I have just been made aware of the fact that you are distributing numerous
downloadable Russian translations of the works of Peter S. Beagle.

Here is the URL:

These files are being distributed in direct violation of international
copyright law. No legitimate Russian on-line distribution contract has ever
been signed by Peter for these works. You must therefore immediately remove
the above page from your site and destroy all the digital files associated
with it. You must also provide me with:

     1) All the contact information you have for the person (or persons) who
supplied you with these illegal translations.

     2) The email addresses of anyone who has so far downloaded these files.

     3) Copies of all written or email correspondence in your records
relating to these illegal translations.

If you do not do as directed, I will report you and your site to the
appropriate authorities.
