Dear Mr. Moshkow:

I am sorry to intrude into your late Sunday but I urgently need to find
V. I. Selyakov.  He wrote a book, Percolation Models for Transport in
Porous Media..., in 1997.  The book said Mr. Selyakov was with the
Laboratory of Heterogeneous Media, Department of Theoretical Problems,
Russian Academy of Sciences.  However, I have looked all over the RAS
website and can not find Mr. Selyakov, the laboratory or the Department.
Could you please help me as I need to reach him urgently to discuss
licensing his patents for oil and gas production enhancement.

I would most appreciate your aid in finding Mr. Selyakov's address,
telephone and fax numbers and his E-mail address.
