Wizards of the Coast, Inc. ("Wizards") is the sole and exclusive owner of all
rights in the well known Dungeons and Dragons® role-playing game and all
copyrights to the game and related products, including the Dragonlance® campaign
setting and Dragonlance® novels.  We have been notified and have confirmed your
unauthorized use of the Dungeons and Dragons products on your web site at
http://www.kulichki.com/moshkow/DRAGONLANCE/.

Please provide a written response and remove the items from your website no later
than December 20, 2002.  If you refuse to comply with our request by the above
date, we will authorize counsel to take appropriate action to protect our
intellectual property rights.  Thank you for your prompt attention to this
matter.
